I need help with a ricoh 3513 copier.it doesen't take the paper and give PE error message.What should i do???is a mecanical,electronic or software EEPROM proble???

paper empty P.E.
CASETTE HOME SWİTCH PROBLEM
BUT START KEY AND THEN PE MESSAGE.FEED ROLLER CLEAN.AND CLUTCH CLEANED
