need schematic/service manual

i checked the database first and was not able to locate it so i thought i would post here. i am in need of a schematic and/or service manual for the mitsubishi CS-27403 television set. Unless this is an easy fix? essentially after the TV warms up a bit, the screen goes black and i get a bunch of blue what looks like shooting stars. never seen anything like this before. can anyone help with schematic/manual or tips if it is a common/easy fix. thanking you in advance
