As I put in the DVD, it start spinning and display LOAD...after a few seconds it stop. I already cleaned the DVD head but still the same problem. Have tried different CDs but still the same.

Appreciate any help.

IT IS PROBABLY THE OPTICAL BLOCK BUT KNOWING THE MAKE AND MODEL MAY HELP SOMEONE SUGGEST SOMETHING ELSE.
