Any sony expert?? i need help to find out problem

hi friends,
i have SONY KV- 20S20 Television
since few days the problem occurs, all colors are excellent except white color
when white color display the the green shadow also appear with all out lines of white image. the green shadow is really too noticeable, u can see all white color is covered by green
it only happans in white color, and only green color shadow,
pls guide me what should i do??

there are two possble problems, first is the g2 or the screen voltage maybe too high. the normal voltage is 350-400v if it exceeds the retrace lines will appear. the second one is the green cathode maybe its over driven or the crt (green cathode) is the problem, shorted to ground.
