I have a Tv philips "MX2791" chassis 27d700-7570, this Tv has not Picture and no sound, The tube start, any ideas....Thank

STEPS:
1. Check if theres a raster on screen, if Yes check the B+ of the video and audio stage, if No check the main AC/DC supply.
