SHARPY T.V trobelshoouting

HI friends
I have a problem with my 14'' sharpy colour tv from made in shina.
it was stop with lightning struk with thunder with havy rian . I think electrycity problem. when lighting happen it was turn on I dont know sudently thunder come and televition stop. now it dosent work.
Then I remove cover of tv and cheak fuse of A.C D .C line some one has put the havy wire between the main wire and nothing happen or burn this wire. I think havey electrcity ran curcuet bord.
when i cheak with multy meter about main big capecitor D .C volt no problem there is some D C volt. but tv dosent want to turn on. What shoud be wrong? you think fly back? diode are look not short. please help me . my e mail adress is [email protected]
