Blaupunkt CDC-A03

Hi to everybody,
I am new in this forum. I have a Blaupunkt CDC-A03 changer worked only once, my head unit write on the screen "changer" and then it reseted itself. Changer nomore worked. I need the service manual or help for CDC-A03.
