This Philips VCR model VR232 has no DISPLAY, all other functions are OK.
The Powersupply is OK, the Fuse is OK
Is there a simple LCD test, to test e.g. all segments when filament is present ?

Fixed this one by replacing the LCD unit. (had to jumper the filament common points at the replacement unit)
