Toshiba EQUIUM laptop EA60-157 help needed

Hi all
I need help with a Toshiba laptop model EA60-157 the laptop is dead plug in psu and psu led goes off which is detecting a short.I found the problem but cannot identify the component its an 8 pin ic there are 2 together 1 is burnt up with the number P45 HR.The question is are these 2 ic's the same and if so does anyone know where i can get them from or has anyone had experience on this laptop that can email me with some help
