Philips TV picture has strange bowed-in shape

I can't figure out why my Philips 27" TV has, or how to fix, a strangely shaped picture.

1. The sides are bowed in.
2. The picture appears to be cut off a bit on both the left and the right of the screen.
3. The picture is cut off on the top and bottom of the screen.
