Panasonic TV model ct 27g13w check code 0f97f

I have this tv in repair for two months, i changed the voltage regulator str 58041 and a lot of capacitors but it doesn't work, the only way the TV turns on is desoldering the photocoupler model 3131 but off course some resistances get hot. Now since last week it shows a message CHK 0f97f. A friend told me it is because the EPROM Chip has some damage.
