AIWA SE1430 Television Installation

I've recently just moved my AIWA SE1430 TV to a new house and It needs to be auto tuned. Unfortunately I can't quite figure out how to do that.

Is it necessary to reset the TV entirely, after which it will install itself automatically?

I bought the TV a while ago and the manual is long gone, as is any recollection of how I set it up in the first place!

If anyone's got any suggestions I'd be very grateful.
