Repair of Electronic Hand Dryer

Hi

I have siemens's electronic hand dryer which is not working. is there any one who could tell me the reson and method of its repair

First check that the powersupply/powersupplies are healthy. Next check the element.

O.k ihave check the both, both power supply and heating element are O.K

What switches it on? You say it is electronic, so is there a sensor that switches it on when the hands are placed near it? If so, what does it test like? (I guess you would have tested the overtemperature fuse?)
