TV sounds like it is going into shutdown,the relays click and I hear high voltage crackle then it clicks off,power light starts blinking.

Check Q404 shorted, C416 open. 2SC5143, 22uf100v, C416 near T401.

Where are Q404 and C416? are they by the convergence chips? thanks
