Strange issue with this old Home theater system. The DVD and VCR both always play audio just fine out the RF to TV port. However more often than not there is no sound being delivered to the speakers. When I have the unit set to Line input 1 and first power it on, the Prologic indicator will light and sound will play properly out of all of the speakers for a few moments then Prologic indicator goes off along with the sound. Sometimes when messing around with trying to play a DVD and powering it on and off I'll hit a combination where the Prologic indicator may stay on and it might play audio out the speakers for minutes, hours or days. I've been trying to find a service manual or schematic so I can figure out the cause and possibly force it to pass audio to the amps all the time or if there is some kind of factory reset which will reset the chip that passes sound to the amps.
