Chassis 11ak45 manual...problem. Help!!

I downloaded the 11AK45 service manual for use on a SHARP LW28-92H. having gone through the process of setting all the correct parameters on the 'adjust section' (which were all out of whack)
I find that there are only 143 of them listed in the manual.. but on the actual tv itself there are 158 listed.. which means I'm missing 15 parameter values. so I have no idea whether the values set are correct.
So what I am asking is.. do I have the correct manual.. and if so.. what are the parameter values of 144-158 on the adjust list supposed to be?
any help would be appreciated.
