a fine yellow line appear in my monitor

Hello, a fine yellow line appear in my monitor. The tecnicians told me that it hasnt a solution. Somebody can tell me about it ?

Where is the line and what direction?

If the phosphors are burnt in the tube, then it cannot be fixed. A replacement tube will cost as much as a new monitor. This is usually a horizontal line in the middle of the screen.
