LG SW 700S problem with image

Hi everybody, i'm new arround here and i have a problem with my monitor every time i star the pc the image gets flat and stays like that with the image cut at right and left, i try to adjust but the monitor, but it only reacts to vertical adjustments the horizontal i reach the hi and low values and the image just stand still, anyone one knows what's going on and how to repair it please.
