epson inkjet printer 1520 printhead voltage adjustment progr

I did download this program and the manual for the 1520. there is very litttle instructions using this program in win xp...it seems to lock up without accepting inputs for the new head voltages.

Anyone out there using this program in winXP or know of a adjustment program that will run in windows...it looks like the program I downloaded runs in dos
