Hi, I've got a CMV (Chi Mei) 529A LCD monitor with a startup fault, it tries to 'tune in' to the signal then sounds as though it is shorting out before showing the top half of the display signal and a very washed out/not really there bottom half. Any ideas/service manuals/schematics?
