google earth

hello can anyone help with a problem with google earth when i downloaded it it said i needed activex to run it i dowloaded activex and it still wont run . And also when i view a web page and scroll down it the page stutters and jumps is this a problem with my mouse or my computer thanks for any help

thanks for replying Guest discovered i was having problem with my graphics card
reinstalled the driver and every thing is all right now
