samsung 56v monitor switching problem

I have two samsung 56v monitor circuit having switching problem. I change power supply IC, Microprocessor, Bimos, E.H.T. and checked all off transistors. But now olso problem exist. In one circuit. When the power switch on twice then only monitor work. In second circuit if several time power switch on then only monitor work. In both circuit Microprocessor supply is drop 1.2V. (When circuit is not on)
