JVC TV w/ greenish tint

Hello all,

My parents were just given a 35" JVC tv that is around 13yrs. old. I know it's an old tv, but it was free and in really good shape and all. Anyhow, we noticed that there is a greenish tint to a lot of the channels, it's not extremely bad, but you can tell it's there. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me of what might be going on with it and how we might go about getting it fixed? Thanks!.
