Kenwood CD player hook-up

Hi there ,
If I hook-up my Kenwood KDC-C601 CD changer to my car radio Kenwood KRC759R it does'nt work, can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong or is the combination of the radio/cd changer not o.k..
Am I using the right cable? (13 pin)
I hope anybody can help me out
