Samsung CXJ1964 tv combo bin file

Anyone archiving the bin file for 24c02 in TV combo CXJ1964 ? This thing is working except for Volume up/down . volume will go down only with odd graphics characters on end of volume bar and eventually become loud again . Volume up button does bring up OSD but nothing happens . The micon was changed SZM-644e , no help .
