Samsung hcn4226w rear projection question. It seems that there is a problem with standby voltage, but the remote works fine. Does the standby voltage have different uses besides just the remote? If the tv turns on by remote, is that an indication that standby voltage is okay? I tried to check for the 5v in two spots and am only reading .5v.

My Samsung HCN4226W has sound but no picture. I have the service manual but don't know where to begin. Any suggestions?
