board problems zenith z60z83d8

My father has a zenith z60z83d8 projection tv which apparently blows fuses when powered on. looking to see if anyone knows which board may cause this. im imagining the power supply is surging or shorted. maybe the flyback? any feedback helpful

If you take the back of the set off the inside of the back will tell you the parts numbers of the modules inside, i.e. sweep module/deflection.
