Bush WS6672 (PT92) New chassis, no sound/no picture

Just fitted a new PT92 chassis to Bush WS 6674. Set turns-on (thump through speakers, green LED), but nothing else.
Cannot access Menu. All voltages seem to check-out OK (unable to measure EHT). PSU 'sounds' fine.
Is there something really basic I've missed here??

Correction to fault description - I'm now getting perfect sound, but blank screen.

I have this problem, RGB chip and the caps changed and the resistor in the heater line . no joy. any ideas welcome
