GRUNDIG 32 BKR WF82-3020 Manual !

Hi I have a GRUNDIG 32 BKR WF82-3020 36 inch flat screen TV its about 4 years old .

It keeps blowing Fuses . On visual inspection i have noticed a small disk capacitor has burnt out CP19 .

it is in the switch mode pawer supply section .

I cant find the value of this cap . Also the schematic of this model any where .

can any one help me identify the value or tell me where i can find the schematics for this Grundig TV .
