SONY KP43HT20 Won't turn on

Hello,

Last year my 43" Sony Tv would not turn on one day, I called out a service repairman and he could not diagnose the problem, here in my living room, but said he needed to take it back to his shop, and would cost approximately $600. I told him thanks for his time and went to Best Buy and bought a SonyWega, anyways my 43"Sony has an "error message", this is what the service guy said, the red diode on the front of the TV blinks 5 times???? IF there is anyone out there that has any experience with this problem please email me, thanks in advance,
