PDS4203W-H Fujitsu Plasma Fan

I have a Fujitsu Plasma PDS4203W-H with a malfunctioning cooling fan. The fan was found to be not running, after tapping it, the fan started working. I reflowed the solder connections on the fan circuit card, but this did not solve the problem. I am looking for a vendor for a new fan, model # 109R0812V4A03, manufacturer Sanyo Denki. It is a DC Petit Ace 25 Brushless fan if that helps. contact is [email protected]
