How do I sharpen the edges on my Philips HDRPTV?

Hi, I have a Philips 64PP9701. The edges of the picture are blurry, and my converg. crosshatch is out of focus, and quite a bit wider lined at the edges. (center looks great)(top and bottom also look good). The service menu values have been lost, I have them back pretty close, but I'm missing a setting or two, because it didn't look like this until recently.(a wannabe tech screwed up my service menu values)I'm having a hard time finding what the defaults should be. Philips has no info available...strange.
