philips monitor brilliance 150p

I got a philips LCD monitor brilliance 150p.
I hooked a pattern generator to it.On the right side I notice lots of tiny
vertical linesLeft side is ok.

if its okay on your computer display probably best to just live with it

Looks like display is divided in two.From center to left side bars from my
generator show correct,from center to right side just tiny colored lines.Looks like the shifting tiny lines during disk defragmentation.
