Hi,
I'm working on a Iwatsu SS-7810 (100MHz) oscilloscope. I have found two fried SMD tansistors at position Q6 on the board where the BNC sockets are located. The only marking on the transistor is K51. Does anyone know the part number of this transistor or where I can locate a service manual for this oscilloscope. Thanks for the help. |
