I have some spare speakers from a tv i set up with a surround sound. The speakers accept regular speaker wire while what i'm trying to connect them to accepts your average av audio (red and white) cords. Is there anyway to accomplish this?

You can get adapters at Radio Shack or even Best Buy or Circuit City.
