Blaupunkt 7 649 347 318 aux in? - How to?

Hi all,
Hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
I have the Blaupunkt 7 649 347 318 car stereo in my nissan primera (year 2000). It has connections for a cd changer in the boot.

I want to connect my iaudio mp3 player directly into back of the unit. I don't care if I lose the use of cd changer.

Can anyone tell me what adaptor I could use or point me in the right
direction ?

just a lead with headphone adaptor for mp3 and 2 phonos for back of unit.
