Weltsar 25 Divx DVD Damaged

I have a Weltstar 25divx DVD to which they have cracked the power supply, concretely the chip IC3, the trouble is that this has exploded literally so that I do not have the reference of the this circuit.
Is a circuit in DIP format but of 7 pins, very curious thing since he has not enough at a side a pin, when these circuits use to come from 8 pins and he is not that the one and only had been result of the blowout, rather the chip is thus, reference that has been left is a T.
