Need TV schematics "TOSHIBA 2151TF"

Hi all,

I just send this message because I'm searching without any success the schematics of the TV set "TOSHIBA 2151 TF".

Problem : TV is Dead (no power anywhere)
The AC input power resistance (4,7 5W) after the rectifier bridge allways burns (but never the fuses). My suspicion is on the voltage regulator STR58041 (IC801) ...and eventually on near around components.

Can someone help me in sending me the schematics (if exists) , or give some tips about the eventual other dead components to change with this STR58041 regulator.
