iam BPL TV model no NCR 60CA1 tv user,
due to some problem, the alignment of the screen changed,
the picture was display as large,
how to change Vertical and horizontal size, and the left abd right end of the screen displays in curved shape,
how to solve this, i need the service code to change the settings through the remote control,
