Hi,
Does anyone know what I can use as a replecement for this buz91A?

N channel FET ---Obsolete txistor, but may still be able to find it at some EU suppliers.

600v, 8A , .9ohm RDS should not be hard to find a replacement for. Infineon has number of replcements for that number in the "CoolMos" family
