Panasonic CT32g11cu dead, need help please

Hi All,

I have a Panasonic Model # CT32g11cu, went dead, no picture and no sound, when you press the power botton, you can hear the relay click but thats about it, I don't feel the screen charging or any thing, fuse is good.
The TV is a 32inch tube size.

I don't have a schematic either, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
