IC inside a Sony F101R amplifier

Hello!

My fried got a amplifier wich is broken. When he turns it on the tuner LED is flashing and when he push on for exaple CD, both tuner and CD lights. So I think/know that an IC is broken. I opened up and founds one IC a M50761-258P and I can't find any datasheets for it. I need datasheet to find out if it's really broken, because it's a expensive IC (around 15-20 USD).

So if anyone could please help me it would be great!
