Fujitsu PDS4208E-B No Picture

Hi all, I have a Fujitsu PDS4208E-E. This the monitor type and has only a VGA connection. I use it via a Daewoo DSA-9310E, which coverts signal into vga to view on the FUjitsu.

It all starts up as beofre fans, clicking, and also light goes green as before, BUT, it has no picture.

PLEASE can someone shed light on this problem ASAP.
