Grundig CUC1825 (ST70-270/8 IDTV

I have a Grundig TV of this kind of chassis, and the problem is green, flickering stripes all over the screen. A have connected by the SCART plug. If I adjust che colors to minimum, the stripes aren't green anymore.

What can be the issue here...?
