I have a Sony KP53S5 TV which when powered up displays horzontal lines in the middle of the screen. It acts like the vertical drive freq is too high, as the lines jump around close to the middle.
Has anyone had this trouble before. I'm suspect of the "D" board with the PA0053B IC and associated capacitors.
There is no physical indications of heating on this board or any others.
Any help would be appreciated.
I do have a schematic for this set. |

| Sounds like IC301 on the M board. "Jungle IC" |
