Koss elect. complaint..Scrolls need help

My problem and question is my Koss KS3102 Home video and audio entertainment system.The volume needs adjustment after time using a dvd.After adjusting the volume the next button pushed causes the tv screen to scroll non stop.First time this scrolling started I phoned Koss electronics.The gave me a quick fix push this button and and this button.Wow I didnt write it down the unit is scrolling again.I phoned Koss again and Koss is going through an adjustment for the last month tried to phone koss.This morning Koss told me to take in for repairs at my cost.Could anyone know the correct buttons to push?Thank you,Richard
