Magnavox PIP TV Problems

Hello All,
Magnavox PIP 25 inch model RP2541 C401 made in 1994.The inset(PIP)is fine,but the big picture gets wavy when there's a dark scene,and needs to be centered-About 2 inches up,and about the same to the left.I think that i need a PIP card,not sure.Will any PIP card work?What would be a reasonable ballpark figure in order to fix?Also i need the programming sequence for the remote.Thanks in advance.
