hi guys, had this printer for 5 years never had a problem but turned it on the other day and the red error light is always on, replaced both ink cartridges but still the same, any ideas? i have seen on another site it may be an issue with a ink dump memory epson use? any help would be great. jon.

Does anyone out there have a service manual in .pdf that you can email me for a Epson 680/777i? I keep getting a message that the paper is loaded incorrectly. I think that this problem developed after clearing a paper jam incorrectly. Thanks, G.W. [email protected]
