I need help for 4000 RDS radio for Ford Fiesta

I have Ford Fiesta Techno manifactured in 1999.

The front panel of my car stereo is missing and I
can`t turn it on.

Actualy it seems to be that there is no power supply
at all.

How can I get power? Is there a chance to be
restarted?

Can we do something about that? Do I need any code to
use my stereo?
Can I use it or I have to throw it out, because the front panel is missing?

you can buy a new front pannel but you will need a code if the sterio or the battery has been disconnected.
