| When i turn the TV on the blue power light flashes and i can hear a relay clicking in the back of the TV. |

| Disconnect CN00A it's the voltage supply to CRT's. If the TV comes on, one of the IC's is shorted on one of the CRT boards (TDA6111Q.) Look for a burn mark on the IC. |
